Welcome to Oxford Head Injury Services
We support people affected by acquired brain injury across Oxfordshire aiming to improve recovery and wellbeing at every stage of their rehabilitation journey. We do this by providing a range of expert support services and compassionate care, for people who have experienced brain injury and their carers.
Ultimately, we want to do everything possible to empower people to rebuild their lives, in ways that feel right for them.
Over 4,000 people in Oxfordshire are admitted to hospital with acquired brain injury annually. Many people will not return to work or the same work as before. Accessing long-term post-injury rehabilitation can be difficult, making the services we provide essential for recovery and support.
