We always have a variety of interesting and varied roles for volunteers from supporting families in our Activity & Rehabilitation Centre in Kennington, lending a hand with housekeeping, gardening, offering companionship on days out or providing valuable support in our office. These positions are a fantastic way to build your skills, gain experience for your CV, meet new people and have fun.

How many hours do I have to volunteer each week?
As many as you can spare. We have volunteers who support us for a day or a few hours every week. Others give up their time to volunteer at specific events or activities.
Can I volunteer even if I don’t know anyone with a brain injury?
Yes. We welcome volunteers from all walks of life; those with direct experience of life with a brain injury and those without.
Will I receive any training and support
Yes. All of our volunteers undergo a thorough induction and a member of the team will always be there to support you. We’re committed to the wellbeing of our volunteers and provide training and ongoing support to ensure every volunteer feels confident, valued, and equipped to make a real impact, while working to high standards of care and professionalism.
