Thank you Hermione!

Hermione is a member of our invaluable team of volunteers at our Activity & Rehabilitation Centre. In April, she kindly ran the Paris marathon in support of our services raising over £1,400!

Hermione says: 

“The centre is such a welcoming and friendly place, which has allowed many clients and staff to form lifelong friendships. I have had some wonderful conversations with clients who have been kind enough to tell me their stories and explain how much the service has done for them. I would like to thank Oxford Head Injury Services for the opportunity to get involved with the centre, and of course the opportunity to represent them at the Paris marathon. The stories I listened to were so inspiring and helped with the hardest parts of the race.”

We are immensely grateful to Hermione who continues to give so much to us and our community, helping us to continue to support people affected by acquired brain injury. What an amazing achievement!
