Hats for Headway 2022!

Friday 20th May is…Hats for Headway Day!

Once a year at the end of Action for Brain Injury (ABI) Week, our supporters come together to help us improve life after brain injury, by donning their wackiest hats.

All you have to do to get involved is wear your hat with pride, donate to Oxford Head Injury Services by clicking here and post a picture on social media using the hashtag #HatsForHeadway to show your support.

Every silly hat equals more funding towards our vital support for those affected by brain injury.

Art Open Day

As part of the national Headway UK campaign, Action for Brain Injury Week, our clients have been producing wonderful artwork to represent what their brain injury means to them to encompass the theme for this years campaign ‘See the Hidden Me’.

The Sunningwell School of Art have been working with our clients to create sculptures. Our external Art Tutor, Gary will also be assisting our clients in painting, as another way of creatively expressing their struggles with brain injury and a way of portraying what their brain injury means.

Please join us at our Activity and Rehabilitation Centre, where we will be showcasing some of their work. You will also have the opportunity to learn a little more about brain injury and the support provided by Oxford Head Injury Services.

If you have any questions about this, please get in touch with events@headway-oxford.org.uk
