ABI Navigator
Katie joined Oxford Head Injury Services in 2020. She has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) focused in Psychology and a Masters of Science (MSc) focused in Health Psychology. Before joining the OHIS Team, Katie had direct experience of working with mental health and substance misuse issues and has worked in prison settings and with those affected by brain injury. Katie has a strong interest in Neuropsychology, including sleep disorders, PTSD and TBI.
Katie says: “ I joined Oxford Head Injury Services as an ABI Navigator because it offered me the opportunity to work holistically and in a person centred way, to maximise peoples individual potential. As an Acquired Brain Injury Navigator, I get to provide clients with the tools, resources, and confidence to live an independent life…where they are in the driving seat”
