Volunteer in the Activity and Rehabilitation Centre
Do you have a couple of hours per week available to spend giving back to your community and volunteering in our centre? Volunteering in the Activity and Rehabilitation Centre is both challenging, rewarding and lasting friendships are made.
Here’s a few of the rehabilitation activities that you could be supporting people who have been affected by a brain injury take part in:

- Arts and painting
- Music
- Drama
- Yoga
- Cooking

There are many benefits of volunteering in our centre. You don’t need to have a formal background in therapy to make a real difference. The training you need will be given and sometimes it’s the simple acts of kindness that g a long way to help individuals overcome anxiety, increase confidence and enable them to once agan engage in social situations. So, if you’re a caring and helpful person, you’re already halfway there. Our Activity and Rehabilitation Centre is a place full of laughter and fun, so volunteering is a great way to meet other new people and enjoy your day whilst doing something hugely worthwhile.
