Oxford Head Injury Services is here to help, come and join us on Monday 13th February between 2.00pm and 3.30pm at our Activity and Rehabilitation Centre in Kennington. Our highly experienced Oxford Head Injury Services Community Team will be here to offer advice, support and answer any questions you have, and it’s an opportunity to meet some of your fellow carers and swap advice and tips.You can also take a tour of our recently refurbished centre, and find out how Oxford Head Injury Services can support you and your loved one.We will also of course have plenty of tea and cake!This is a free event and no booking is required, just turn up on the afternoon, we look forward to meeting you.If you would like more information please ring 07775022883 or e-mail polly@headway-oxford.org.uk
Alongside our friends at the Oxfordshire Acquired Brain Injury Forum (OxABIF) we are constantly looking for innovative methods and new partners so we can improve the lives and outcomes of the 4000 people who each year are diagnosed with a brain injury in the county.
Are you an expert by experience or profession on brain injury it’s effects and the impact on the lives of those affected by it?
If you are we would like to invite you to a very special OxABIF event join us on Thursday 6th April from 5pm at Bower and Bailey Solicitors in Summertown Oxford for an evening of discussion and debate on how together we can improve the future for those affected by brain injury across Oxfordshire.
We are looking for people to:

:Raise awareness
:Educate people
:Be inventive and pro-active in addressing the challenges
